Workplace In-Services
Creative group experientials for teambuilding
In-services and workshops for teams who want to strengthen group cohesion, foster creativity, improve communication, and build trust among employees.
I provide in-person programming in your office building or a space you have reserved for your team. Participants will use simple art materials and follow a straightforward directive. Each employee will work individually and conclude by sharing their work as a group. Expect deep conversation, engaging topics, and lots of laughter!

Using a creative and visual approach, participants will address topics including:

-
Career goals
-
Work-life balance
-
Professionalism
-
Imposter syndrome
-
Self-care
-
Burnout
-
Company culture
-
Core values
-
Diversity and representation in the workplace
-
Acknowledging the contributions of each team member

I am available in the metro Denver area and can potentially travel further for an additional fee. I am available Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm. Due to the kinesthetic nature of my work and the value of in-person social interactions, I do not offer virtual programming.

In order to ensure a good mutual fit, I require a 15-minute consultation call. I will provide a clear overview of the art directives, intended outcomes, my rates, and examples of artwork created by previous groups.

*Discounted rates available for non-profit organizations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) departments within any company. I am especially dedicated to providing programming for workplaces that support BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees, and other communities that are especially impacted by recent political and social events.
